PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device in which a drive circuit can be arranged for a signal line along a deformed portion when the outer peripheral portion provided in the extending direction of the signal line in a pixel region is curved or bent. SOLUTION: On an element substrate 10 of the electro-optical device 100, the pixel region 10b has a curved outer peripheral portion opposite scanning line drive circuits 104a, 104b. In the scanning line drive circuits 104, circuit blocks 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d having unit circuit blocks 4 equipped with one or more unit circuits are arranged along the outer periphery of the pixel region 10b while shifting in the extending direction of a scanning line 3a and/or the extending direction of a data line 6a.
