PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable screen where luminance irregularity is easily corrected. SOLUTION: The movable screen 1 includes: a plane screen main body 3 having flexibility; a screen supporting body 2 provided to be spaced at a prescribed interval from the screen main body 3 oppositely to the back of the screen main body 3; a plurality of interval adjusting cylinders 5 provided at prescribed pitches in the surface direction of the screen main body 3, bridged between the back of the screen main body 3 and the screen supporting body 2 and provided to be freely elongated and contracted in a direction going toward the screens supporting body 2 from the screen main body 3; a luminance sensor provided at the edge on the screen main body 3 side of the interval adjusting cylinder 5, detecting a luminance value of image light projected to the image projection surface 31 of the screen main body 3 and outputting a detection signal; and a control circuit part controlling the elongation and contraction of the interval adjusting cylinder 5 in accordance with the detection signal from the luminance sensor.
