PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax anxiety of a passenger by providing maintenance information to the passenger in a car in emergency stopping of the car. SOLUTION: The emergency maintenance service information provision system is provided with a control board 1 for operating/controlling the car 3; a monitoring room 9; and a maintenance center 10. At the emergency stopping of the car, the system relaxes anxiety of the passenger in the car. When emergency stop report is received via the control board 1 and the monitoring room 9 by operating an emergency button 7a by the passenger of the car 3, a maintenance service information preparation processing part of the maintenance center 10 extracts object map information from among map information using respective maintenance person discrimination information, the present position of the maintenance person specified from a maintenance/management table 22B for managing the present position from portable communication terminals 13a mounted with GPS possessed by the respective maintenance persons and position information of the elevator in emergency stop stored in the elevator management table 22A.
