PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of retaining a medium at a delivery side after the medium of a plurality of medium retaining parts is processed and suppressing reduction of convenience and large size of the processor. SOLUTION: The information processor is provided with a paper cassette 9 in which a plurality of papers P are retained in the stacked state and a manual feeding part 30; separation conveying routes A, C for separating/conveying the paper from the paper cassette 9 and the manual feeding part 30 in every one sheet respectively; a common processing conveying route B for conveying the paper P conveyed from the separation conveying routes A, C to a printing part 29; and a stacker 11 for retaining the paper P delivered from the processing conveying route B at an upper side of the paper cassette 9. A movable mechanism 70 capable of moving the stacker 11 to a delivery position where the paper P delivered from the processing conveying route B is retained and a release position where the paper P delivered from the processing conveying route B is stored in the paper cassette 9 is provided.
