PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conventional scooters, motorized bicycles, motorcycles, automatic four-wheel cars, buses, trucks, and the like do not have side bumpers for protecting their side faces, so that upon collision, the vehicles are subjected to large scars inflicted thereon regardless of a heavy impact or a light impact, resulting in a great amount of expenses and a large trouble. SOLUTION: A plastic made bumper can not resist a large impact, but can absorbs a light impact in such a way that the bumper is broken and glass wool packed inside flies, thereby keeping a denting on the body of a vehicle to a minimum.
