PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when adjusting a vehicle seat. SOLUTION: A seat control ECU 22 controls a seat actuator so that the adjusted speed of an inclination angle of reclining is changed to both a predetermined speed Hi and a speed Low slower than the speed Hi and the seat actuator operates at the speed Low from the start of operation of a seat operating switch until a predetermined time T1. When the seat actuator is continuously operated for over time T1, the seat control ECU 22 controls the seat actuator so that the adjusted speed is changed to the speed Hi and the seat actuator operates at the speed Hi. When the vehicle seat is shifted to an appropriate state in anticipation of collision, the seat control ECU 22 controls the seat actuator so that the seat actuator operates at the speed Hi.
