The cover (1) has a recess (6) provided at side regions (14, 15), which are oppositely arranged relatively to each other, where the cover sectionally encloses a receiving compartment (21) in a bell-like manner. A fastening element (2) is arranged for connection of a functional element e.g. backpack, with the cover at the receiving compartment. The recess is sectionally enclosed by a protection element (7), and the compartment is limited upwardly in a perpendicular direction by a transparent roof area (16). The functional element is designed as electrotechnical equipment and formed as a mixer.
