<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operation efficiency of a person in charge of a transfer operation in a transfer processing system which performs processing related to the transfer in a financial institution. <P>SOLUTION: In a financial system, when it is determined that a transfer amount cannot be withdrawn from a sender cash balance, the transfer instruction concerned is recorded in a preset uncompleted transmission DB by uncashed transfer processing (S320), and a receiver apparent balance is increased by the transfer amount corresponding to the transfer instruction, and recorded in an apparent balance DB (S330). Namely, in this financial system, when the transfer amount cannot be withdrawn from the sender cash balance, uncashed transfer for adding the transfer amount to the receiver apparent balance without adding the transfer amount to the receiver cash balance can be executed.
