<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract an appropriate region of interest (ROI) with respect to each frame even in a moving image to be photographed by high frame rate. <P>SOLUTION: An ROI extracting part 105 for extracting the ROI to be used for calculating featured values from the respective frames of the moving image includes: a plurality of image analyzing parts (the first image analyzing part 1051 and the second image analyzing part 1052) for respectively performing image analysis processing concerning the extraction of the ROI with respect to the respective frames of the moving image by respectively different method in parallel; and an information transmission processing part 1053 for allowing the plurality of image analyzing parts to mutually transmit result information of the image analysis processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
