PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a document managing device for easily managing the creation and totaling of documents; a document management method; a document management system; and a program.

SOLUTION: This information processor includes: a document item master 501 where a plurality of item names and document item CDs are registered; and a document pattern definition master 502 where a document CD for identifying each document from a plurality of documents and data for identifying the entry locations on each document are registered. The document managing device creates a document 503 where required item names and a document item CD are mentioned at required entry locations by utilizing the document pattern definition master 502 where the required item names and the document item CD selected from the document item master 501 are registered. Accumulation data 507 for each item name and document item CD are totaled from a different document 503 by utilizing the document pattern definition master 502.
