摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction in which a storage capacitor with sufficient electrostatic capacitance can be formed, in a transflective or total reflective liquid crystal device and in an electronic apparatus equipped with the liquid crystal device. <P>SOLUTION: In an FFS mode liquid crystal device 100, a light reflection layer 8a is electrically connected to a thin film transistor 30 via a drain electrode 5b, and a pixel electrode 7a is electrically connected to the thin film transistor 30 via the light reflection layer 8a and the drain electrode 5b.
