摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impedance characteristics of a chip-type solid electrolytic capacitor, used for various electronic devices, in a high-frequency range. SOLUTION: An positive electrode COM terminal 6 provided with an inductor portion 6b is connected to an positive electrode portion 2 of an element unit constituted by stacking elements 1, each having a positive electrode portion 2 and a negative electrode portion 3 provided with an insulating layer 4 over≥50% of a surface, in alternate opposite directions, first negative electrode COM frames 7 and 8 which are independent of each other are connected to first negative electrode portions 3 of odd-numbered elements 1 and negative electrode portions 3 of even-numbered elements 1 in the stacking direction of the element unit, and negative electrodes of the individual elements 1 are independently lead out. Consequently, a high-frequency noise component included in an applied current flows to two independent negative electrodes to be efficiently discharged to a ground, so the high-frequency noise component is sufficiently removed to improve the impedance characteristics in the high-frequency range, thereby achieving lower ESL by the inductor portion 6b.
