MOLDING APPARATUS FOR HELICAL GEAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus capable of high precision molding even with low manufacture cost. SOLUTION: A core main body 22 is fixed to a base 21 and a side surface mold member 26 is provided around the core main body 22. The side surface mold member 26 has a cylinder part 26a and an annular projecting part 24 provided on the upper part of the cylinder part 26a and projecting toward the inside, wherein a tooth form 26d comprising grooves inclined to the axis line is formed on the projecting surface of the annular projecting part 24. A guide groove 28 is formed on one of the base 21 and the opposite surface to the cylinder part 26a and in the outside of the core main body 22. A rolling body 30 is installed in the guide groove 28 to roll and elastic force in the direction projecting from the guide groove 28 is imparted to the rolling body 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
