PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake or exhaust structure for a ventilation fan. SOLUTION: The ventilation fan has a front face part 12 and a back face part 13 and the front face part 12 is provided with a hollow plate-like fan main body 11 wherein a film-like vibration body 20 is formed. The ventilation fan takes air from an intake passage 16a into an air chamber 17 in the fan main body 11 by vibration of the film-like vibration body 20 and exhausts the air from an exhaust passage 18a out of the air chamber 17. A plurality of filters 30, 31, 32 constituting an intake member 16 different in basis weight are laminated so that the basis weight becomes larger from the outside of the fan main body 11 toward the inside of the air chamber 17.
