PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope mechanism capable of inclining an operation panel by a simple structure and bearing pressing force of an operation button, and an on-vehicle acoustic device equipped with the slope mechanism. SOLUTION: The slope mechanism 12 for pulling the operation panel 3 mounted on a front face of a side part of a device body 2 forward and then inclining the operation panel 3 is equipped with: a slider 40 supporting the operation panel and that can be pulled forward with respect to the device body 2; an arm 50 with one end 50a supporting the operation panel 3 and an other end 50b supported by the device body 2, and movably supported in the pulling out direction of the slider 40, for inclining the operation panel 3 by movement of the slider 40; and a lock part 63 for inhibiting movement of the other end 50b of the arm 50 in the pulling out direction when the operation panel 3 is inclined, and receiving force Q in the pulling out direction acting by operation of the operation panel 3.
