PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file binder that can bind a file so that the bound object may not sag down. SOLUTION: The invention refers to the file binder that holds the object to be bound with its binding holes punched by the binder means 9010. When the file binder is erected up in the length direction of the binding means 9010, an undrooping means 30 is formed retractably so that the object to be bound S may not sag down and the undrooping means 30 is formed so as to hold the end edge S1 of the object to be bound S when the file binder cover 12 is closed.
