PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable support device which has high rigidity and the height of which can be lowered. SOLUTION: A cable support device includes a first arm 51 having one end connected to a lift frame 16 so as to be pivotable only around a first vertical axis a1 and a second arm 52 having one end connected to the other end of the first arm 51 so as to be pivotable only around a second vertical axis a2 and having the other end connected to a cross bar 42 so as to be pivotable only around a third vertical axis a3.
