Transparent electronic card, Glows yellow in case of player warning, or glows red in case of expelled of player. In addition, in contains a digital camera & screen than snaps photos of t-shirt of the player which were warned or expelled. It's also equipped with Bluetooth which transmits a photo to the stadium score board of the expelled or warned player. It can also glow in red color in case of double warning. After the game, it's connected to the computer via a cable to download the reports of expelled or warned players. This card can be recharged with currents as a simple phone.
