A plurality of first protrusions ( 46) formed in a region opposing to the first region are formed with a greate r lateral cross section diameter than the first protrusions (46) formed in a region opposing to the second region. Thus, it is possible to obtain a unif orm fluid flow rate distribution in the fluid flow channel formed by a separ ator in which the convex/concave shape of the front and the rear surface is reversed.
