A tube expanding device for a heat exchanger is provided to use in various standards of heat exchangers by performing gap among a plurality of tube expander tools. A tube expanding device(100) for a heat exchanger comprises: a main body(200) forming a space part inside, and having handles on both sides; a plurality of tube expander tools(300) being coupled to the front side of the main body at constants intervals; and a pitch adjusting unit(400) installed at the backend of the tube expander to control gap between the tube expander tools. The pitch adjusting unit comprises: a rotational plate(410) being coupled on the front side of the main body; and a connector(420) which is installed at the front side of the rotational plate and in which the rear end of the tube expander tool is coupled. The connector controls gap between the tube expander tools by rotating the rotational plate.
