An apparatus for regulating backlash between reduction gears is provided to adjust the backlash of gear and the drive unit of the high precision by precisely compensating for the location of a driving gear or a driven gear. The driving gear(200a) and driven gear(200b) which have same slope are formed as a corn-type. The driving gear gears the driven gear in the symmetrical direction. The driving gear axis(210a) is the driven gear shaft(210b) in the parallel. The backlash between the driven gear and the driving gear are controlled by cutting two closed sides among the bearing cover(220), the bearing sleeve pipe(240), and the reducer housing(100).
