<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar high-frequency treatment instrument for an endoscope which is capable of making a large opening angle of a movable electrode and capable of being safely used without an arm part integrally connected to the movable electrode projecting largely outward. <P>SOLUTION: The movable electrode 4 is formed in such a shape that a driving arm part 41 is integrally connected to the rear end of an electrode part in a hook shape when viewed from a side, and the vicinity of the end of the driving arm part 41 is turnably supported ant an electrode support body 2.
