<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device dispensing with manual correction operation of erroneous wiring by automatically detecting erroneous wiring of a plurality of cables connecting a plurality of communication head sections and a plurality of terminals of a communication control section using a wireless tag. <P>SOLUTION: The communication control section 7A makes a wireless tag 1 detected with different timings by a condition setting means 74 to set radio signals from the wireless tag 1 into a condition detectable by a plurality of communication head sections 5a, 5b to 5n and the plurality of communication head sections 5a, 5b to 5n made communicable by the communication control section 7A, and receives detected signals through a plurality of terminals 8a, 8b to 8n.
