<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing salvation and dendrite for damaging a function of a battery. <P>SOLUTION: Upon solving a short circuit phenomenon caused by a slackened edge of a fiber-like activated charcoal without blocking permeation of ions on respective shapes such as a shape firmly fixing an edge of the fiber-like activated charcoal, a shape of the fiber-like activated charcoal involving an anode, and a shape for laminating the fiber-like activated charcoal and a fiber membrane or a fine porous membrane, the fiber-like activated charcoal 7 is arranged by firmly fixing on an anode plate 4 of a lead storage battery and a metal lithium battery. Further, upon solving a short circuit phenomenon caused by a granular charcoal by making the granular charcoal non-fluid with a gel electrolyte in respective shapes such as a shape wherein the granular activated charcoal is stuck on the fiber membrane or the fine porous membrane by using an electrostatic charging action, and a shape wherein the granular activated charcoal is stuck on the fiber membrane or the fine porous membrane with viscosity of the gel electrolyte, the granular activated charcoal is arranged by firmly fixing on the anode of the lead storage battery and the metal lithium battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
