<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module capable of discharging heat generated from a unit battery and discharging a gas. <P>SOLUTION: The battery module includes a plurality of unit batteries electrically connected with each other, a housing 110 forming a plurality of through-holes for storing the unit batteries corresponding to each unit battery, and a duct member 200 for covering an electrode terminal of the unit battery while it is combined with the housing. A cooling passage 210 for pouring a cooling medium toward the through-hole is formed on the duct member, and a gas discharge passage for discharging the gas generated from the unit battery in the designated direction is also formed on the duct member. A separation section for dividing the cooling passage and the gas discharging passage penetrating the duct member by projecting toward the direction of the electrode terminal of the unit battery from an internal side face of the duct member is arranged on the duct member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
