<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized ECU mounting section simultaneously achieving saving of a wire harness and large-capacity communication. <P>SOLUTION: This centralized ECU mounting section includes a plurality of ECUs 1, 2, a resin casing storing the plurality of ECUs 1, 2 in its inside, and a communication part performing communication between the plurality of ECUs 1, 2. The communication part is provided with a plurality of optical transmitter and receiver parts 11, 12 transmitting and receiving light signals, and a light guide plate 13 propagating the light signals transmitted and received through the plurality of optical transmitter and receiver parts 11, 12.
