PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply establish radio connection with a specific external device. SOLUTION: A digital camera 1 is provided with: an imaging device 4 which converts an optical image into an electric signal; and a radio communication circuit 27 for performing the radio connection with the external device, and stores management data in which radio connection information necessary for the radio connection with the external device is associated with a face image which is identification information of the owner of the external device. The digital camera 1 extracts the face image which is object information from image data acquired by photography, collates the extracted face image which is the object information with the stored face image which is identification information, and when the object information matches the identification information, performs processing for establishing the radio connection with the relevant external device using the radio connection information associated with the identification information.
