PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition excellent in high temperature high speed durability, and a grease prelubricated bearing prelubricated with the grease composition. SOLUTION: The grease prelubricated bearing 1 is prelubricated with a grease composition 7 obtained by compounding an additive with a base grease comprising a base oil and a thickener. The thickener is a diurea compound represented by formula (1), wherein R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>may be the same or may differ from each other, and represent a monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group, or an aromatic hydrocarbon group; and R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>may be the same or may differ from each other, and represent a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group, or an aromatic hydrocarbon group.
