PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant air conditioner capable of having large humidity difference in dehumidification even with a low temperature heat source, thus the outside air can be dehumidified to be lower than an ordinary indoor set humidity, in particular, at midsummer. SOLUTION: In this desiccant air conditioner, a processed-air flow channel 24 is constituted to adsorb moisture of the processed air when the processed air successively passes through the first and second adsorption zones 28a, 28b of a desiccant rotor 10, and a reproduced-air flow channel 26 is constituted to desorb the moisture of the desiccant rotor 10 when the reproduced air passes through the reproduction zones 30a, 30b of the desiccant rotor 10. Further, the desiccant air conditioner includes a high-heat source heat exchanger 42a for heating the reproduced air before entering into the reproduction zones 30a, 30b, and a low-heat source heat exchanger 46 for cooling the processed air between the first adsorption zone 28a and the second adsorption zone 28b.
