PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyaniline complex which gives a formed article exhibiting excellent heat resistance while having high electrical conductivity, and to provide a composition of the same. SOLUTION: The polyaniline complex is a substituted or unsubstituted polyaniline complex, which is protonated with a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein, X is an acidic group; n is an integer of 1 or more; and m is an integer of 0 or more).
