METHOD FOR PRODUCING MODIFIED CONJUGATED DIENE-BASED POLYMER, MODIFIED CONJUGATED DIENE-BASED POLYMER, AND RUBBER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a modified conjugated diene-based polymer which can suitably be used as a raw material for vulcanized rubbers excellent in a low heat-generating property and an abrasion-resistant property and is good in cold flow characteristics. SOLUTION: This method for producing the modified conjugated diene-based polymer comprises polymerizing a conjugated diene-based compound in the presence of a polymerization catalyst composition containing a metallocene type complex containing at least one group 3 element or a bis(phosphinophenyl)amide type complex containing at least one group 3 element to obtain a conjugated diene-based polymer having a cis-1,4-bond content of≥75%, and then reacting the obtained conjugated diene-based polymer with a modifying agent.
