PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a seat fixed to a floor member. SOLUTION: A seat cushion frame 12 comprises: right and left side frames 15; and at least front and rear two connecting frames 16 having both ends in a vehicular width direction connected to the right and left side frames 15 through fastening means 32. The the connecting frames 16 are fixed to a floor member 18 through seat rails 19 and fixed brackets 31. Fastened state of the fastening means 32 is released to separate right and left nut members 34 threadably engaged with both ends of a threaded shaft 33, which enables the right and left side frames 15 to be separated from the connecting frames 16 and further enables the seat to be removed from the floor member 18. The seat is thereby removed in a shorter period of time as compared with the case in which the seat is removed by pulling out the bolts for use in fixing the seat to the floor member 18.
