PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a liquid injection head capable of enhancing a working efficiency and a production efficiency. SOLUTION: A circuit board 60 is moved toward a case head 50 and each wiring film 48 is inserted into each slit-like through-hole 62, under the condition where the wiring films 48 are aligned by a regulation plate 102 inserted into the respective through-holes 62 from an opposite face side opposite to the case head 50 of the circuit board 60, when an end part of each wiring film 48 extracted to an outside of a storage part 51 into each through-hole 62 of the circuit board 60, after storing each piezoelectric element unit 40 into the storage part 51 of the case head 50.
