PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry out cutting, as to a cutter allowing the cutting with uncut parts left in a plurality of points. SOLUTION: This cutter has a movable blade member 71 and a fixed blade member 120. The movable blade member 71 has the first and second cut-out parts 73, 74 in a V-shaped blade part 72. The first and second cut-out parts 73, 74 have respectively elliptic shapes long along Y1-Y2 directions, and comprise the deepest edge part 73b, and edge parts 73c, 73d between the deepest edge part 73b and an inlet part 73a. The edge parts 73c, 73d have respectively shapes expanded along X1-X2 directions with a displacement along the Y1-direction from the inlet part 73a.
