The cover (10) has pins (6) formed between an equipment and the cover, where the equipment is provided for operation of an engine e.g. passenger car engine. Claws (8) are formed on the pins and on the cover. A fixing unit fixes the cover in an assembly position. The claws exhibit a u-shaped recess for accommodation of the pins. An upper bracket (14) of the claws is longer than a lower bracket (16) in an installation position. Decoupling elements (12) are provided between the pins and the claws.
