<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collagen-containing composition excellent in portability, readily and deliciously taken and richly containing collagen. <P>SOLUTION: The collagen-containing composition in cake is obtained by molding wet powder obtained by mixing collagen, a base material, and a wetting agent together, and thereafter drying the mixture.
