EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL DEVICE FOR ENGINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device for an engine capable of increasing the capacity of a NOx catalyst without exerting an influence on disposition of equipment for traveling and capable of improving NOx purification performance.

SOLUTION: A tail pipe 7 connected to a downstream end of a downstream side casing 5 is made to be a flat cross sectional shape of long in the right and left direction. A rear stage oxidation catalyst 8 is moved from the downstream side casing 5 in the tail pipe 7 interior, and the capacity of the NOx catalyst 6 stored in the downstream side casing 5 is increased.
