<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and efficiently producing a biotin-labeled magnetic fine particle. <P>SOLUTION: A fusion protein of a magnetic particle membrane protein derived from a magnetic bacterium or its fragment, and a biotin label sequence is expressed in a magnetic bacterium, and the magnetic fine particle is separated from the magnetic bacterium.
