PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a copolyester resin pellet that effectively prevents blocking of pellet comprising a poorly crystalline copolyester resin having high adhesiveness and a glass transition point of 40°C as a main component, is safely preserved for a long period of time without blocking for a long period of time and further has excellent solution stability even by dissolution in a general-purpose solvent and to provide a method for producing the same.
