PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering device capable of accurately travelling a course as intended by a driver regardless of change of loading condition or change of air pressure of a tire. SOLUTION: The steering device comprises: a steering angle detection means 11 for detecting a steering angle of a vehicle; a vehicle speed detection means 12 for detecting speed of the vehicle; a yaw rate detection means 13 for detecting yaw rate of the vehicle; a steering wheel angle detection means 14 for detecting a steering wheel angle of the vehicle; a target steering wheel angle producing means 40 for producing a target steering wheel angle based on the detected steering angle, the vehicle speed, the yaw rate, and the actual steering wheel angle; and a steering wheel angle control means 15 for controlling the steering wheel angle of the vehicle, based on the target steering wheel angle produced by the target steering wheel angle producing means 40. The target steering wheel angle producing means 40 produces the target steering wheel angle by using an actual stability factor which is a value equivalent to an actual turning radius generated by the vehicle and a norm stability factor which is a value equivalent to a norm turning radius predetermined by the vehicle.
