PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective microorganism activator by use thereof in a livestock excrement treatment, soil amendment, sludge treatment of industrial waste underground water, rivers or lakes and marshes, and harbors, and water quality cleaning, garbage disposal etc. SOLUTION: The microorganism activator is composed by using a natural mineral obtained from deep sea water and sea algae extract as a principal ingredient, and including, based on 1 liter, at least 33 mg of T-P (total phosphorus), 51,000 mg of Fe (iron), 330 mg of Mn (manganese), 20 mg of Na (sodium), 4.0 mg of K (potassium), 53 mg of Ca (calcium), and 11,000 mg of Mg (magnesium).
