PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an FM demodulator capable of restricting te distortions of a demodulation signal under multipath conditions. SOLUTION: The FM demodulator includes: a demodulation portion 20, that outputs a signal which changes in amplitude depending on the frequency and amplitude of a received signal; an amplitude detection portion 21 that detects the amplitude of the received signal; a correction coefficient operation portion 36, that performs a polynomial approximation calculation, based on the amplitude detected by the amplitude detection portion 21 and outputs the calculation result as a correction coefficient; an amplitude correction portion 23, that corrects the amplitude of the output signal from the demodulation portion 20, based on the correction efficient output from the correction coefficient operation portion 36 and outputs the after-correction signal as a demodulation signal.
