PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article in which a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) film is formed on its surface, and with which the skin of a human body is in contact during use. SOLUTION: The article, with which the skin of the human body is in contact during use, has the DLC film consisting principally of carbon on the surface thereof.
