PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous paint containing a photocatalyst which is excellent in the wetting characteristics to a substrate and can form a coated film that has a high adhesive strength to the substrate, and to provide a method for manufacturing a substrate attached with the photocatalyst coated film which uses the aqueous paint containing a photocatalyst.
