PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy, sure execution by dispensing with priority controller customizing work which is carried out every time new code data are added unnecessary, to flexibly correspond to various cases, and to contribute to total a cost reduction. SOLUTION: A system for controlling an injection molding machine has a master file manufacturing means Ms for manufacturing a molding machine master file Fmi including new code data Dc and related information data Di corresponding to the data Dc when the new code data Dc and the related information data Di are generated in a molding machine controller 2, a merging means Mm for manufacturing new priority master file Fmn including the new code data Dc and the related information data Di by merging the molding machine master file Fmi and a priority master file Fm, and a master file update means Me for updating the priority master file Fm in the priority controller 3 into the new priority master file Fmn.
