The method involves detecting raw graphic data of a scanning field, which covers a part of an object under utilization of a computer tomography equipment (1). A tomographic image is reconstructed from the detected raw graphic data. Imaging elements of the image belonging to a substance are identified, and a hollow organ is represented on a display unit, with which the identified imaging elements are represented semi-transparently. A probability measure for presence of the substance is determined in the imaging element. An independent claim is also included for a tomography equipment comprising a control unit.
