<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or remove damages in a smashed object when a collision occurs from forward onto a head lamp for a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The head lamp 10 for a vehicle is attached to a vehicle body 60 by means of brackets 50A, 50B and 50C extending nearly in the forward and rearward direction of a lamp housing 20 having light sources 41L and 41R.
