<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe clamp for preventing a collision of an oscillating pipe (A) and a pipe (B). <P>SOLUTION: A fixed-diameter clamp component 1 and a variable diameter clamp component 11 are connected to each other by a first connection part 7 and a second connection part 16, and form a parallel pipe clamp 30a or a cross pipe clamp 30b depending on whether they should be turned at 90°or not during the connection. Both the parallel pipe clamp 30a and the cross pipe clamp 30b connect the pipe (A) to the pipe (B) by holding the pipe (A) by a first holding part, and holding the pipe (B) by a second holding part. Thus, the resonance of the pipe (A) or the pipe (B) by vibration given from a compressor or the like can be suppressed, or the clearance between the pipes (A) and (B) is maintained even during the resonance, and the collision of the pipes can be prevented.
