PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform access to a plurality of communities with high security.

SOLUTION: User terminals 1A, 1B include communication control parts by each community, so as to perform connection to the service providing server of the community via the closed area network of the community through the use of a corresponding nickname. When connection is performed to the service providing server, a community selecting part selects the communication control part corresponding to the nickname which is designated by a user or the service providing server.
