PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic flowmeter having a simple structure, capable of facilitating centering (alignment) between a measuring tube and an earthing electrode of the electromagnetic flowmeter. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic flowmeter with the measuring tube wherein fluid to be measured flows, and the earthing electrode installed between the measuring tube and a conduit wherein the fluid to be measured flows includes a measuring tube side alignment part having the inner circumferential surface to be fitted to the whole surface or a partial surface of the outer circumferential surface on the end of the measuring tube, on the measuring tube side of the earthing electrode.
